Terms of Use

By using this Web site (“FreezePage”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Limitations of use

FreezePage provides a service for saving (“freezing”) public Internet pages by entering their Web address. The following limitations apply:

  • Freezing may only be initiated manually through the interfaces that FreezePage offers and not in any automated fashion.
  • If you, as a FreezePage user, publish links to your frozen pages, you are fully and solely responsible for any copyright infringement which may occur. You are also fully and solely responsible for any consequences the publishing of the frozen pages may cause.
  • Frozen pages may not be used for promoting or selling goods or services and may not be the subject of commercial transactions of any kind.
  • User names which imply affiliation with a company or brand (such as Microsoft, Computerworld, Coca-Cola, etc.) may be revoked at FreezePage’s discretion. User accounts with such names will either be deleted or renamed.

Privacy Concerns

We respect the privacy of our users to the fullest:

  • Frozen pages are considered confidential and will not be sold or given away to third parties.
  • Personally identifiable information such as IP addresses is never willfully disclosed to any third party, except if clear cases of deliberate fraud or copyright infringement occur, or if we are obligated by law.
  • Email addresses are used only for the purpose specified.

For more information, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

Purchases

We offer a free basic service and a payable "premium" service via a subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before renewal. Cancellation is done via PayPal's web site. Sorry, we do not make refunds just because you forget to cancel.

Premium features are tied to the account for which they are purchased. It is your responsibility to keep the password and your account safe.

We have every intention to continue providing a quality Web service as we have done since 2003. In the very unlikely event that we close down FreezePage permanently, refunds will be given relative to the remaining time of your subscription. No refunds are made in the event of a temporary break-down.

All FreezePage's services, including premium subscriptions, are provided by the following two companies, depending on your country of residence:

  • If you are from the United States or another country outside of the European Union:
    S.C. USONSE S.R.L. · Bd. Lascar Catargiu nr. 12, parter; Bucuresti, Sector 1; Romania · RC: J40/13444/2011 · CF: RO29330058
  • If you are from a country which is part of the European Union:
    S.C. WEBIFY S.R.L. · Bd. Lascar Catargiu nr. 12, parter; Bucuresti, Sector 1; Romania · RC: J40/1042/2012 · CUI: 29630543

If you recently made a purchase, you can use our online feedback form to request an invoice from one of the above companies. Please notice, however, that the invoice will be in Romanian and not contain deductable VAT.
